I want to congratulate you on a first rate job you did in trying to bridge the gap in communication and mis-trust regarding Russian/US relations as it relates to GPS/GLONASS use.

Having worked alongside my Russian counterparts, as an employee of Lukoil Middle East, I can say from firsthand experience that we surveyors totally agree with your position regarding collaboration & communication among the scientific/technical community as it relates to GPS/GNSS positioning.
